1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

½ cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Salmon Bites: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the salmon cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently until all pieces are well coated. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

    Prepare the Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Pour in the heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir and let simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
