For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup sour cream

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Apple Filling:

2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well)

2 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Bread:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Crisp Topping:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

Prepare the Apple Filling:

    In a bowl, mix the diced apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Set aside to combine flavors.

      Make the Cheesecake Filling:

        In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until creamy and set aside.

          Preheat the Oven:

            Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

              Prepare the Bread Batter:

                In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.

                  Layer the Bread:
