2 ripe avocados, diced

2 ripe peaches, sliced

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), drained

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for added heat

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by washing the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Slice the peaches and dice the avocados. Make sure the mozzarella balls are drained if they are packed in water.

    Combine in a Bowl: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, sliced peaches, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
