1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

2 green onions, finely chopped

1/4 cup diced celery

1/4 cup diced cucumber

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 head of butter lettuce (or romaine leaves), separated into leaves

Optional: fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna with the avocado. Use a fork to mash them together until well combined but slightly chunky.

    Mix in Other Ingredients: Add the lemon juice, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, chopped green onions, diced celery, and diced cucumber to the bowl. Stir everything together until it's mixed evenly.

      Season: Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper to your liking, adjusting the flavors as needed.
