1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.

Make the Herb Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Prepare the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.

Add the Topping: Generously spread the mayonnaise and herb mixture over each salmon fillet, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Bake the Salmon: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F/63°C) and the crust is golden and crispy.

Serve: Remove the dish from the oven and let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor, and enjoy your deliciously baked salmon!
