4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 medium peaches, sliced

5 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup toasted pecans

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight in the fridge for more flavor).

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade for later. Grill the chicken for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
