4 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large tortillas or wraps (whole wheat or spinach preferred)

Fresh chives or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Chicken Salad Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomato, and red onion.

    Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

      Combine: Pour the dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture, and toss until everything is well-coated and evenly mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
