Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup marinara sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced salami

1/2 cup prosciutto, torn into pieces

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

1/2 cup fresh arugula

1/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Fresh herbs (such as basil and parsley) for garnish

Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the olive oil evenly over the surface of the dough to prevent it from getting soggy.

Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the sauce.

Layer the cured meats (salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni) evenly over the cheese.

Add the sliced black olives, red onion, and roasted red peppers on top of the meats.

Season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

Carefully transfer the pizza to the oven (or onto the preheated pizza stone). Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

Once out of the oven, top the pizza with fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze for an added burst of flavor.

Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, slice, and serve immediately.
