Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon (about 6-8 slices)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 egg (for egg wash)

Sea salt (to taste)

Optional: extra ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Dough: Open the can of pizza dough and roll it out onto a lightly floured surface. If necessary, stretch the dough to form a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Spread the Ranch: Evenly spread the ranch dressing over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Cheeses and Bacon: Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the ranch dressing. Then, add the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese. Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over everything.

Season the Filling: Sprinkle the garlic powder and dried parsley over the toppings, and add a pinch of sea salt for flavor.

Cut and Shape Breadsticks: Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into strips, approximately 1 inch wide. If you prefer thicker breadsticks, cut them wider.

Twist the Strips: Carefully twist each strip of dough a few times to create a spiral effect, which will enhance texture and presentation.

Prepare for Baking: Place the twisted breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the breadsticks to give them a golden color when baking.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadsticks are puffy and golden brown.

Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with additional ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
