1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice

3 cups beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional garnishes: chopped green onions or fresh parsley

Sauté the Base: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds, until fragrant.

    Brown the Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

      Combine Ingredients: Stir in the uncooked rice, diced tomatoes (with their juice), beef broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
