2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup ranch dressing (optional) for dipping

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken:

    Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips. Season them with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

      Sauté the Chicken:

        In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cook for about 6-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Stir occasionally.

          Add Cheese:

            Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low and sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it sit for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

              Prepare the Wraps:

                Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with fresh spinach leaves and halved cherry tomatoes.

                  Wrap It Up:

                    Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to form a wrap. Make sure to keep the fillings tucked in as you roll.
