1 cup diced jalapeños (seeds removed for milder flavor)

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and diced jalapeños, sautéing until the onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
