4 flatbreads or naan breads

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil, for brushing

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Spinach and Artichoke Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, sour cream, minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
