Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Roll Out the Dough: On a clean surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated edges.

Assemble the Base: Arrange the dough triangles in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, slightly overlapping each piece to create a solid base. Make sure to seal any gaps.

Add the Filling: Spoon the chicken, bacon, and ranch mixture evenly over the crescent roll base.

Cover with Remaining Dough: Take the remaining crescent roll dough and place it on top of the filling, also ensuring it is sealed. You can use additional dough triangles or stretch the dough as needed.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

Garnish & Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Cut into squares and serve warm.
