2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped

1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth, chilled

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 clove garlic, minced

1 small jalapeño, seeded and chopped (optional, for heat)
