2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

½ cup dried cranberries

½ cup pecans, roughly chopped

½ cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortilla wraps

Optional: slices of avocado or cheese for extra richness

Prepare the Dressing: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

    Combine the Filling: In a large bowl, add the shredded or diced chicken, chopped spinach, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans. Pour the yogurt dressing over the mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
