2 cups penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (about 2 boneless breasts)

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

      Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still bright green. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper to taste.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, sautéed vegetables, heavy cream, chicken broth, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Mix thoroughly to ensure everything is well incorporated.
