2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed)

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a little olive oil.

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Steam Broccoli: In the same pot, add the broccoli florets and steam for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

        Make the Cheese Sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, and milk. Stir until the cream cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
