4 large garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon dried thyme

4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps

2 cups fresh spinach

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (or a plant-based alternative for a vegan option)

Sauté the Mushrooms: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the sliced mushrooms. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and have released their moisture.
