Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh fruit (berries, mango, or bananas, chopped)

Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for a zesty kick)

Optional: A sprinkle of granola or nuts for added crunch

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using). Whisk together until smooth and well incorporated.

Add Fruit: Gently fold in your choice of chopped fresh fruit. If you're using berries, you can also lightly mash them to release some juices for a fun swirl effect.

Fill Molds: Pour the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about three-quarters full. Leave a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.

Insert Sticks: If your molds come with popsicle sticks, insert them carefully into the mixture. If not, you can cover the molds with aluminum foil and then poke sticks through the foil to hold them in place.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.

Unmold and Serve: To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks, and the popsicles should slide out easily. If desired, sprinkle with granola or nuts before serving for extra texture.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy, refreshing popsicles on a warm day!
