12 oz (340g) fettuccine or your choice of pasta

1 lb (450g) ground beef

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, diced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup beef broth

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the diced onions and sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes). Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

      Brown the Meat: Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
