Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon honey (optional for sweetness)

2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth.

Add the fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk well to combine.

If you prefer a slightly sweeter dressing, add the honey and mix until fully incorporated.

Gently fold in the fresh dill, parsley, and chives until evenly dispersed throughout the dressing.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed; you can add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice based on your preference.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the dressing to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve over your favorite salad, as a dip for vegetables, or as a sauce for grilled meats!
