8 oz elbow macaroni

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

4 cups whole milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, but reduce the cooking time by 2 minutes for al dente. Drain and set aside.
