Ingredients

1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon minced garlic (about 2 cloves)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Spinach: In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach with chopped artichoke hearts. Make sure to squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the spinach.

Mix the Creamy Base: In the same bowl, add sour cream, softened cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend them together until smooth and creamy.

Season: Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. If you like a little spice, toss in the red pepper flakes.

Cheesy Goodness: Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese into the mixture until well combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly in a greased 9x9-inch (or similar size) baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the spinach artichoke mixture.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm with pita chips, crusty bread, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping. Enjoy your creamy, cheesy delight!
