3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

Cook the Fettuccine: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add the Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Make the Creamy Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat to low and whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Stir in the Italian seasoning and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated.

Serve: Plate the creamy sun-dried tomato Alfredo and garnish with fresh basil leaves and additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
