4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended for extra crunch)

Marinate the Pork Chops: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Place the pork chops in a zip-top bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for a stronger flavor).

    Prepare the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes while you prepare the pork chops.

      Coat the Pork Chops: Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let the excess drip off. Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl. Press each pork chop into the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are coated evenly on both sides.

        Air Fry the Chops: Place the coated pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer (depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in batches). Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
