2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

½ teaspoon black pepper

Zest of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Chickpeas: After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, spread them out on a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Pat them dry to remove excess moisture. This will help them get extra crispy during baking.

      Season the Chickpeas: In a large mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything well until the chickpeas are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
