1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

4 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cucumber: In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber and half of the fresh mint leaves. Blend until smooth.

    Strain the Mixture: Using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth, strain the cucumber-mint mixture into a large pitcher, pressing down with a spoon to extract all the juice.

      Mix with Lemon Juice: Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher with the cucumber-mint infusion.

        Sweeten It Up: Stir in the granulated sugar until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.

          Combine with Water: Pour in the cold water and mix well.

            Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to chill.
