1 large cucumber, diced

2 medium tomatoes, chopped

1 ripe avocado, cubed

1/4 red onion, finely sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (for heat)
