1 lb (450g) cooked chicken, shredded

8 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup (240ml) ranch dressing

2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup (50g) shredded cheddar cheese

3 tablespoons (45g) unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take a large baking dish or round cake pan and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.

    Combine Chicken and Bacon: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife.
