2 medium zucchinis, spiralized

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Prepare the Zucchini Noodles: Start by spiralizing the zucchinis to create noodles. Set aside in a colander to drain excess moisture. This step prevents a watery sauce later on.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and half of the Italian seasoning. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it!
