Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup blueberries

1 cup pineapple, diced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup grapes, halved

1 orange, segmented

2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup for a vegan option)

Juice of 1 lime

Zest of 1 lime

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Start by washing all the berries and grapes under cold water. Hull the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them in half. Dice the pineapple, peel and slice the kiwi, and segment the orange.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, and orange segments.

Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or agave), lime juice, lime zest, and chopped mint leaves until well combined.

Dress the Salad: Pour the citrus mint dressing over the prepared fruit mixture. Gently toss until all the fruit is evenly coated with the dressing.

Chill: Cover the fruit salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and to chill.

Serve: Stir the salad again before serving. Garnish with additional mint leaves if desired, and enjoy your refreshing fruit salad!
