2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 medium apple, peeled, cored, and finely chopped

1/2 cup brown sugar (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup granola (optional, for texture)

Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and applesauce, stirring until smooth and well blended.

    Add the finely chopped apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice to the yogurt mixture. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

      If desired, gently fold in the granola for an added crunch and texture in your pops.

        Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.

          Insert popsicle sticks and place the molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 6-8 hours, or until completely solid.

            To remove the pops from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.
