Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

A pinch of salt

4-6 popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit Purees:

    - In a blender, add the strawberries, honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. Set aside.

      - In another blender bowl, add the ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy and smooth.

        Swirl the Mixtures:

          - Take a popsicle mold and start by pouring a layer of the banana-yogurt mixture into each mold, filling it about halfway.

            - Follow with a layer of strawberry puree, adding just enough to create a colorful layer on top of the banana mixture.

              - For added effect, you can use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl the two mixtures together. Avoid overmixing to preserve the distinct layers.

                Insert Sticks and Freeze:

                  - Insert popsicle sticks into the molds. Make sure they are positioned in the center of each pop.

                    - Place the molds into the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully solid.

                      Unmold and Serve:

                        - To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Carefully pull on the sticks to release the pops from the molds.

                          - Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing summer treat!
