Ingredients

2 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work best)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

Sea salt (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Apples: Core and chop the apples into small bite-sized pieces. Leave the skin on for added nutrients and a pop of color.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, caramel sauce, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Fold in Apples: Gently fold the chopped apples into the yogurt mixture, ensuring that each piece is well coated.

Spoon into Molds: Using a mini muffin tin or silicone molds, spoon the yogurt-apple mixture into each cavity. Fill them approximately three-quarters full, leaving a little room for expansion as they freeze.

Add Granola (Optional): If desired, sprinkle a small amount of granola on top of each mold to add a crunchy texture.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin or molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Release and Serve: Once frozen, gently pop out the yogurt bites from the molds. If they’re stubborn, run warm water along the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.

Garnish: Sprinkle a little sea salt over the top for contrast (optional) and drizzle with extra caramel sauce if desired.

Enjoy: Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe container, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Enjoy these delightful bites as a refreshing snack or dessert!
