Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free if preferred)

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

Instructions

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), sea salt, and vanilla extract. Stir well using a spatula until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and form a sticky consistency.

Add Chocolate and Nuts: Fold in the dark chocolate chips, sliced almonds, and shredded coconut (if using). Make sure the chocolate chips are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Shape the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to portion out the mixture into small clusters, placing them onto the prepared baking sheet. Press them down gently to help them hold their shape.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 1-2 hours until they are firm.

Store and Enjoy: Once frozen, transfer the clusters to an airtight container or zip-top bag for easy storage. Keep them in the freezer for a quick and healthy snack. Enjoy straight from the freezer!
