Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted for extra flavor)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mix: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Layer the Base: Line a 9x9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture into the dish and spread it evenly, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Add Almond Butter: In small dollops, add the almond butter over the yogurt mixture. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the almond butter throughout the yogurt, creating an artistic pattern.

Sprinkle the Almonds: Evenly sprinkle the toasted sliced almonds over the top of the yogurt and almond butter mixture.

Chocolate Drizzle (Optional): If you’re feeling indulgent, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the yogurt mixture.

Freeze: Place the baking dish in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.

Slice & Serve: Once frozen, remove the dish from the freezer. Lift the yogurt block out using the parchment paper. Use a sharp knife to slice into bars or squares. If too hard, let it sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before slicing.

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
