Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on your sweetness preference)

1 cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional for drizzling)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup. Stir well until smooth and fully blended.

      Prepare the Strawberries:

        - Slice the fresh strawberries and set aside. You can mash some of them lightly with a fork if you prefer a more blended taste.

          Assemble the Bark:

            - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (approximately 9x13 inches).

              - Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet, smoothing it out with a spatula.

                Add Strawberries:

                  - Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries over the yogurt layer. If you mashed some strawberries, dot them around as well for a pop of flavor.

                    Add Crunch (Optional):

                      - Sprinkle granola over the top if using, ensuring an even covering for added texture.

                        Chocolate Drizzle (Optional):

                          - If you want to add chocolate, melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt bark using a spoon or a ziplock bag with a corner snipped off.

                            Freeze:

                              - Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely solid.

                                Serve:

                                  - Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer. Using a sharp knife or your hands, break it into pieces.

                                    - Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

                                      Storage:

                                        - Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
