Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup granola (optional, for crunch)

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until well blended, achieving a smooth consistency.

Line a Baking Sheet: Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper for easy removal later.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread it out evenly to about 1/2-inch thickness.

Add the Toppings: Gently sprinkle the sliced strawberries evenly over the yogurt layer. If you’d like some added crunch, sprinkle the granola and shredded coconut on top as well. For added nutrition, you can include chia seeds or flax seeds.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt bark freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Break and Serve: Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Lift the frozen yogurt bark out using the parchment paper and place it on a cutting board. Using your hands or a knife, break the bark into pieces.

Enjoy: Serve immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for a quick, refreshing snack any time!
