Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust for sweetness)

1/2 cup coconut water or plain water

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Start by cutting the seedless watermelon into cubes and placing them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, chopped kiwis, fresh lime juice, honey or agave syrup (if using), and coconut water.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes a smooth slush. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut water or plain water to help it blend.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the slushie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey/agave if needed.

Serve: Pour the slushie into chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.

Enjoy Immediately: For the best texture, serve right away and enjoy the cool, refreshing flavors!
