1 cup Medjool dates, pitted

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Prepare the Base: In a food processor, combine the raw almonds and Medjool dates. Pulse until the mixture forms a sticky, crumbly texture. It might take a few minutes, so be patient!

    Line Your Pan: Take an 8x8 inch (or similar size) square baking dish and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

      Form the Square Base: Transfer the almond-date mixture into the lined pan. Press it down firmly and evenly to create a solid base. Use the back of a measuring cup or your hands to achieve a compact, even layer.

        Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and creamy.

          Spread the Yogurt Layer: Pour the yogurt mixture over the almond-date crust. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly across the entire base.
