Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mix: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

Spread the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread it out evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Add Berries: Evenly distribute the mixed berries over the yogurt layer. Gently press them into the yogurt with the back of a spoon to ensure they adhere well.

Sprinkle Granola (Optional): If you’re using granola, sprinkle it over the top for added texture and crunch.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the yogurt is fully set and firm.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper to remove the bark from the baking sheet. Break it into pieces or cut it into squares with a sharp knife.

Serve: Arrange the pieces on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and added freshness.

Enjoy: This frozen yogurt bark can be enjoyed immediately, or stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
