Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Optional: 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips for extra indulgence

Instructions

Prepare the Oat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and almond milk. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the oats are coated.

Add the Berries: Gently fold in the mixed berries, being careful not to crush them too much. If using frozen berries, no need to thaw them; just add them straight into the mixture.

Form the Rings: Lightly grease a donut or ring-shaped silicone mold with cooking spray. Spoon the oatmeal mixture into the molds, pressing down gently to ensure they hold their shape.

Add Optional Ingredients: If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips on top of each ring before freezing. This will add a delightful crunch and sweetness to each bite.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen, carefully pop the oatmeal rings out of the mold. You can let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly for easier eating.

Enjoy or Store: Serve immediately as a delicious breakfast treat or snack, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
