Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/2 cup granola or nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened, optional)

2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Spread the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out with a spatula to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Add the Toppings: Evenly sprinkle the mixed berries, granola (or nuts), shredded coconut, and chia seeds (if using) over the yogurt layer. Gently press down on the toppings to ensure they stick.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the yogurt bark is completely solid.

Break and Serve: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper to transfer the bark onto a cutting board. Using a sharp knife or your hands, break the bark into pieces.

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy your frozen yogurt bark straight from the freezer for a nutritious breakfast treat!
