Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (your choice)

1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Line the Pan: Line a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches) with parchment paper, ensuring that the paper hangs over the edges for easy removal later.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, using a spatula to spread it evenly into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

Add Granola & Toppings: Sprinkle the granola evenly across the yogurt layer. Then, add your mixed berries, dark chocolate chips, and chopped nuts. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to secure them.

Finish with a Sprinkle: Lightly sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top to enhance the flavors.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.

Break into Bark: Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Use the edges of the parchment paper to lift the bark out of the pan. Break it into pieces by hand or with a cleaver.

Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
