2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lime juice

Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Blend the Base: In a blender or food processor, combine the diced mangos, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Prepare the Fruit: Set aside about 1/2 cup of diced mangos for layering and mix the sliced kiwis into the blended yogurt mixture for added texture.

      Layer the Ingredients: Line a baking dish (preferably 9x5 inches) with parchment paper. Pour half of the mango yogurt blend into the dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the reserved mango pieces on top along with the kiwi slices.

        Add the Final Layer: Pour the remaining mango yogurt blend over the fruit layer, smoothing it out evenly. You can use a spatula to even the surface or create swirls for a marbled effect.

          Freeze: Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully set.

            Cut & Serve: Once frozen, remove the dish from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes for easier slicing. Cut into bars and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
