Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

2 teaspoons culinary-grade matcha powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup granola (your favorite kind)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, cashews)

1/4 cup dried fruit (e.g., cranberries, blueberries, or apricots)

Optional toppings: fresh fruit slices, chocolate chips, or coconut flakes

Instructions

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), matcha powder, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and the matcha is fully incorporated.

Prepare the Granola Mix: In a separate bowl, mix together the granola, chopped nuts, and dried fruit. This will be the crunchy element in your pops.

Layer the Mixture into Molds: Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into each pop mold, filling them about a third of the way. Then, add a layer of the granola mix, pressing it gently into the yogurt. Repeat this process, alternating layers of the yogurt mix and the granola mix, until the molds are full.

Insert Sticks: If your pop mold has a designated slot for sticks, insert them at this point. If not, you can freeze the pops for about an hour and then insert the sticks once the mixture has firmed up slightly.

Freeze the Pops: Cover the molds with a lid or plastic wrap and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.

Unmold and Serve: To remove the pops from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help loosen them. Gently pull the sticks to release the pops. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing treat!

Optional Toppings: You can sprinkle fresh fruit slices, chocolate chips, or coconut flakes on top right before serving for an added touch.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 6-8 pops
