Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use a whisk or spatula to blend everything until smooth and creamy.
