Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup plain or Greek yogurt (vanilla-flavored works nicely, too)

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/2 cup granola or chopped nuts (for coating)

Popsicle sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the bananas and cut them into halves or thirds, depending on your preferred size for the pops.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, peanut butter, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until the ingredients are well-blended and smooth.

Coat the Banana Pieces: Dip each banana piece into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Allow any excess to drip off.

Add Toppings: Roll the coated banana pieces in granola or chopped nuts, pressing gently to make sure they stick.

Insert Sticks: Carefully insert a popsicle stick into each banana piece.

Freeze the Pops: Place the coated banana pops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not touching each other. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the pops from the freezer. Let them sit for a minute to soften slightly for easier removal from the parchment paper, then enjoy!
