2 cups rolled oats

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

½ cup honey or maple syrup

½ cup creamy nut butter (almond or peanut)

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp salt

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup dark chocolate chips

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

½ cup melted coconut oil

Prepare the Granola Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, graham cracker crumbs, honey (or maple syrup), nut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and a sticky dough forms.
